The Staffed Residences are modern and clean, located in nice neighborhoods, and supported by a full-time maintenance department to ensure a safe and healthy place to live. Our usual staffing model places one staff person in the home with people while they are receiving residential services in our homes. The staff person is there overnight and assists the individuals receiving services in our homes with all types of activities dependent upon the person’s functioning level.

We strive to ensure that people receiving services work to continue to be independent as possible, but when assistance is needed, it is provided by staff in the home. Each of our homes are designed to accommodate up to three people with developmental disabilities living in them.
